10 Wedding Planning Tips for a Day to Remember
Wedding planning can be both exciting and overwhelming at the same time. It’s an event that marks a milestone in your life, and you want everything to be perfect. Tip 1: Start planning early
I can’t stress this enough, but starting the planning process as early as possible will help immensely in the long run. Now I’m not saying as soon as your ring is on your finger it’s time to pull out the wedding planning book and get to work. Enjoy your engagement but keep in mind that if you plan to get married within the next 12 months, you should start thinking about getting to the drawing board sooner than later. Here are a few easy tips to help you get started with the planning process:
- Create a vision board
- Start thinking about the number of guests which will lead to which venues will be a good fit
- Decide who will be in your wedding party
Tip 2: Secure a venue first, then plan the rest
The first step in planning your wedding is to secure a venue. It’s important to have a date in mind, but be flexible with the dates if possible. Consider the number of guests you plan to invite and make sure the venue can accommodate them comfortably.
