Décor Crate has all your themed decoration needs for your at home events and holidays such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers etc.

You will receive your custom curated Décor Crate, which has all your decoration needs, as well as a small box with items that you will keep and do not have to be returned. Don’t worry a handy guide will be in the crate! Once you are done with your event, simply package all the items that are to be returned back into the crate.

Once we have the crates back, we will sanitize and clean all the decorations and have it ready to go for the next event!

Why did we create Décor Crate?

After seeing and hearing so many birthdays, anniversaries and important milestones were not being celebrated due to COVID, or busy families just not having the time to pick up and organize themed décor, we knew we could help!

We also know that the events industry can be very wasteful, and in times like these we are finding ourselves using more and more single use items. Which is why it was important to us to supply you with items that are recyclable or biodegradable.

We want to take one time use themed event décor out of the landfill, and help families with their at home celebrations, one Crate at a time!

What’s included in a Basic Décor Crate?

  • Banner with saying – happy birthday, anniversary etc.
  • 3 – 5 themed table decorations
  • Streamers (color coordinated for theme)
  • Tablecloth
  • Backdrop, sign(s) and/or hanging décor
  • 2 x themed containers for forks, spoons & straws (during COVID individual cutlery packs will be provided instead)
  • 1 x themed cup for person celebrating
  • Cake stand (only in crate when a custom cake is ordered)
  • Delivery/pick up within Edmonton and Sherwood Park (Option – curbside pick up in Sherwood Park)

Included in the small box that you keep (all recyclable or biodegradable):

  • Individual cutlery packs (fork, spoon, straw, napkin) for up to 10 people
  • White plates
  • Clear cups

Do you want to add on to your Décor Crate? Not a problem! We have teamed up with several small businesses to offer you such things as:

  • Themed cake, cupcakes or sugar cookies from Sweet Gi’s
  • Florals
  • Balloon designs for inside or outside from Glen The Balloon Guy
  • DJ
  • Larger décor items
  • Loot Bags
  • Setup and tear down of all décor
  • Workshops or things to do if having others join the event virtually

  • Note – All add on items would be delivered at the same time as your Décor Crate, or added to your curbside pick up

Rates

  • Basic Crate
    $55.00
    For up to 10 people
  • Delivery/Pick Up
    $10.00
    For deliveries/pick up’s outside of Edmonton or Sherwood Park (Fort Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Nisku etc.)
  • Deposit
    $100.00
    The deposit will be refunded once the crate has been returned, and all items are accounted for and not damaged.
  • Additional Charges
    $2.50 – for every additional person

    $8.00 – upgrade the themed plastic cup for the person celebrating to a glass cup

    $10.00 – theme all plastic cups

    $15.00 – personalize banner with name and/or age

    Any additional add on’s (cake, balloons, florals etc.) will be priced after consultation

  • Payment
    Once your Décor Crate is confirmed, you will receive a invoice which can be paid via credit, debit or e-transfer.
